• FineKraft International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product, listed with incorrect price on the website. This is regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.


• FineKraft International would not be responsible for products that are lost in the mail while being returned. Therefore, please ensure the safe and secure delivery of the products.


• Return of product can be made in the following cases


-Delivery of wrong products.
-Defective product.
-Any concerns about the quality of products.
• In case you want to return any product, you are requested to contact us and we might do any of the following as per your advice


-You can send back the product within 7 days of its receipt. Upon safe arrival of the product, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product after deducting the shipment charges.
-We can resend the products back to you at your own cost.
• Buyer can change or cancel orders for any product only before it is shipped. Nominal cancellation charges that include the order-processing fee will be charged.


• Buyer can return the products if they do not find it up to their expectation. Only shipping charges will be paid by the customer in such case.
